Shipping & Returns


All orders are posted within 1 - 2 days of receiving cleared payment. (As a manufacturer, stock is usually always available)
FREIGHT charges for domestic and international are at Australia Post rates and are based on weight. Each item has been allocated a weight. During your shopping spree, the weight will be totalled at the end, converted and charged as per Australia Post.
All prices are in Australian Dollars. (10% GST is included in all prices) 
For INTERNATIONAL customers, the GST will be automatically deducted at the end of your order.

  Shipping Transit Times
Australia - Normal Australia Post delivery times. Tracking number provided.
           Domestic Express Post: Next day delivery available on request.
                 (enter the Additional Information in the text box at Checkout)
                 (Next day meaning after cleared payment.)
                 Additional charges apply for this service: - 500gram Express Post Bag is $11.55ea  // 3kgs Bag is $17.30ea
                // 5kgs bag is $24.90ea.

International - AIRMAIL - Depending on country location, between 8 - 10 business days as advertised by Australia Post.
                Airmail Optional Insurance: Insurance is available for most overseas destinations. Cost is an additional
                $2.50 /per $100 goods value.

                If insurance is required, please select this option at checkout.

Late or Overdue Parcels:
               Please NOTE - Small parcels are NOT trackable. While all care is taken by ParchCraft Australia, once a parcel
               has been mailed, PCA
is no longer responsible for that item. All responsiblity is transferred to Australia Post
               and/or the receiving country's Postal Service.
ParchCraft Australia has daily mailing manifests showing proof
               of lodgement with Australia Post, and also retains photographic images o
f all items mailed and can provide this
               information on request.

               If a parcel appears to be overdue, you may contact PCA at sales@parchcraftaustralia.com , providing your name
               and order number. Our sales staff will happily contact Australia Post for any updated information available
               regarding your order.

 Returns Policy  
As a manufacturer, all of our products are carefully tested and inspected prior to packaging, so we are confident that when we dispatch an item it is in full working order and free of defects. On arrival, if the goods do not meet your expectations or are not the items you ordered, we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange, including return postage.

 You must notify us within 7 days. To do this, you must complete our "Returns Request" form within this 7 day period. To complete this form, you must advise us of your request by email, stating your order number.  sales@parchcraftaustralia.com  You will be allocated a "Authority to Return Number" and a form will be emailed to you. Once this has been completed, we will notify you by email, detailing the process to return the item.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept any item back for return without an ARN.

 If you have simply changed your mind, we will exchange the item, provided the above returns process above is followed. In this situation the item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, unopened and in a saleable condition. You will incur any additional postage charges for the return and exchange item.
PLEASE NOTE: We regret that books or pattern packs cannot be returned or exchanged.
