This is the tool of choice for a finer, much smaller scalloped edging along
larger areas of your work, the resulting scallops exactly match those made with
the PCA Fine MiniStampEdge.

This is the tool to use for elegant regular size scallop/stamplike edging and
it's results match that of the companion tool the Bold MiniStampEdge. It
has 4 needles set closely that cut away excess paper and leave behind a delicate
stamplike edge. It is ideal for larger cut out areas or around borders of
cards.
