Using
the Fine Perforators with our PCA Fine mesh grid:
You
can use our Fine perforators ( except the QuinTool due to the configuration of
it's needle pattern) with great success in a fine mesh grid! You can reduce a
pattern meant for a thicker gauge needle perforation and use it with a finer
mesh grid and get beautiful results. (Note: card will be smaller in overall
dimension if done first by scanner or photocopier)
In
areas of repetitive grid patterning in a Latin American pattern for example (
normally requiring a thicker needle) you can simply substitute our fine gauge
perforators and a fine mesh grid and achieve a more delicate lacy look with
more overall repetitions of the pattern needed to fill the area
indicated. Use your imagination and see what transpires!
TIP: All Perforating tools
benefit from occasional waxing or silicon spray on a sponge that the tool
can be dipped into now and then.
