Join a list today, meet like minded craft folk...share ideas...make friends!

• There are a number of interesting and informative subscriber lists that one may join where you will receive mail generated by the members of these lists in your inbox individually or in digest form whereby they are grouped together and are sent a couple of times daily to you (handy when on holidays). Archives are usually available for viewing too.

• Being a member of such a list gives you access to wonderful new ideas and like minds of Parchment Craft creativity where you can share your own scans of work, or ideas or ask questions and learn as you go. The support and friendship gained from membership where people come together from the world over gives you a whole new outlook on your craft. Even if you are experienced you will still benefit from  the knowledge shared by others and revel in seeing other's work. Note: Digest versions do not receive attachments so you will be unable to see scans.

New to the craft? Perfect!   These lists are a minefield of tips for newcomers,a hand to hold and inspiration to get you started!   More experienced members love to help out those who are just beginning... one need never be afraid to ask ANY question! Everyone starts somewhere!

 These are my favourite Subscriber lists and they may be  joined  at the following locations:

• The Wightcat Parchment Craft list is a reasonably new group owned and moderated by Hilary Pepper in the Isle of Wight in the UK.  It is a very popular and useful craft group to join as it has many activities such as 1-4-1 Swaps and monthly patterns for members only to try. There are many knowledgeable members on this list to help with all your technique questions etc.     Go to www.wightcat.com   for more details.

• The parchmentnz list at yahoogroups.com is a more locally based dedicated Parchment Craft list that is mainly aimed at New Zealanders and Australians but welcomes visitors from any part of the world.

• The Parchment Paperlace list at Yahoogroups is a parchment orientated list that includes Parchment Crafting but also other forms of craft using paper. It is a small and close group of members who share ideas and sociable times together and they have regular swaps and activities to keep members involvement up.  This is owned by Gail Reed in Western Australia.
