The PCA Fine SemiCircle is an exact HALF ROUND SHAPE
perforating tool with needles that correspond to the rest of the Fine range.
It is not a CUTTING perforator.
Why?
- You can join 2 perforations of this tool together
and create a perfect large circle to go ahead and use as the base of
many pattern ideas. As a centre of a flower perhaps, in a line of
several circle perforation groups that might form the basis of a border
pattern?
- As "scales" when linked together if
creating a fish in your parchment project.
- You can still cut the bonds between each hole to
create larger scallops along an edge, this looks very beautiful.
